Hello,
just over a year ago I purchased one of your velosyty chips for my syclone. The truck had only 20,000 original miles on it, after I bought it I found that all the bearings were wiped out and the crank was ruined. I had wrote to you about 8 months ago on sending the chip back to get reprogramed for a new combination that I was building. Recently I have gotten the truck back together and started up the newly rebuilt motor and it is having all sort of issues. I have it timed at 0* TDC with a brand new ignition parts, distributor, coil pack, ngk plugs, magnecore 10mm wires. Truck has new walbro pump, new 42# injectors, new fuel filter. New Comp 206 hyd roller cam. Forged srp pistons, total seal rings, Eagle rods, and Crower billet crank. 4 bolt mains and lower block fill. '96 and newer vortec heads mild port job with stainless milodon stock size valves. Mitisu tdo7 25g 12cm turbo with tial external gate. 3" downpipe with no cat and atr pit bull muffler.Factory torque converter. also have an methanol injection kit.
Problems that exist first began with the idle, it seems valve lash was a bit too much. Fixed that and the truck wouldn't Idle well at all. It kept trying to run over 16:1 afr and would stall a lot. So I manually increased the Idle fuel delivery dial on the chip, by 15% and that got it at 14.5:1 and to idle fine keeping the INT close to 128. Next issue was acceleration under boost conditions. I easily build 5-6 psi on the foot brake let off the brake and it feels really slow, boost builds horribly slow under WOT like something is holding the engine back and shows 9:1 afr . This is well before the alky kit activates at 10psi, at that point it shudders badly when the alky comes on. So I pull over to disable the alky kit,the sun has gone down and I easily noticed the factory iron exhaust manifolds were glowing orange even the turbine housing and downpipe! Hopefully I haven't burnt a valve, or damaged anything but this makes little sense how the exhaust is glowing hot but both o2 sensors (narrow and wideband) are reading pig rich 9:1.Also zero knock readings were recorded. Part throttle cruise is smooth, at 40mph if I stomp on the throttle with the alky kit disabled it downshifts to 2nd and builds max boost (17psi) instantly then begins to read pig rich again and starts to break up. Static fuel press is set at 43#. Truck runs and idles well as a grocery getter, however at WOT its an embarrassment. All sensors are functioning properly TPS reads .61 at idle and over 4.00 at WOT, new IAC valve which reads in the 30's at hot idle. All temp sensors works fine, new MAP 3bar sensor, plugs are gapped at .035. There is a 2nd 93 octane program on the chip as well, it operates no differently pig rich at WOT I'm running out of ideas on what the problem is.
Any help will be apprecited.
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.

Thank you.
